Effortlessly Return Your Items in Just Three Simple Steps

1. Ensure that all items you wish to return are carefully packed. It is important to return your items in their original, unused condition and in the original package, see our returns policy for more information. 

2. Please fill out our online returns form, we cannot accept any returns if this form has not been filled in.

3. Send your parcel to our warehouse and remember to ask for proof of postage incl. a tracking number from the postal service. We recommend Royal Mail or DPD for easy returns.
